When the malayalam movie Nayattu appeared on Netflix in 2021, it caused a stir because of its subject matter. Joju George, Kunchako Boban, and Nimisha Sajayan play three police constables in the picture, which is directed by Martin Prakkat of the ABCD and charlie movie fame. After an incident, the constables flee the scene, only to suffer a much worse destiny. Here is how Allu Arvind, a major producer, became involved with this film.

The telugu remake of Nayattu was quickly released by Allu Arvind with Rao Ramesh, Anjali, and priyadarshi in the key roles, and Karuna Kumar of Palasa fame as the director. Allu Arvind bought the remake rights as soon as the Nayattu mania spread over the world. After a few days of filming, it was abandoned for an unidentified reason, and Arvind subsequently continued the project with a different cast of actors.

Srikanth, rahul Vijay, and Shivani Rajasekhar were cast as the leads in the telugu adaptation of Nayattu, which began filming in 2022. This time around, teja Marni of the Johar movie fame was in charge of the director. Guess what, after much delay, geetha arts is finally preparing to unveil this movie on monday morning. There are rumours that Arvind didn't like the finished result and ordered the team to reshoot and make modifications. One may ask why it took the producer so long to release a remake when the final product would almost certainly be a frame-for-frame copy of the malayalam original.
