Yesterday saw the debut of tiger Shroff's film "Ganapath." It has a futuristic setting, and prior to the film's release, many people noted how, aside from the shoddy visual effects, the setup, scene design, and characters from the trailer resembled Kalki's initial appearance. Here's what the film is currently saying at the box office.

With barely ₹3–4 crores in "gross" revenue on the first day, tiger shroff and Kriti Sanon's Ganpath was a resounding failure in terms of creating excitement, openings, and extending its run into the weekend. Critics also criticise the film for having a predictable plot and uninteresting parts. The Day 1 collection further corroborates the idea that the experience has been further tarnished by subpar computer graphics, and that not even the crowd has been very engaged with the film. Even in action sequences, tiger is at the peak of his game, and Kriti Sanon's glamour is unstoppable, but Day 2 seems to be going to be a disaster for Ganapath.

However, Jawan will have a fantastic weekend once more as the Shah Rukh Khan movie remains the top pick among moviegoers, despite Ganapath's failure to wow. The movie has already made around ₹1150 crores at the box office globally, and it is headed to many larger theatres.
