Talking about his character of antagonist Abrar Haq in Animal, bobby told PTI, “There is both good and bad in every human being. That evil comes out of you only after certain circumstances.

He further added, “As an actor you think as a character. Not about right and wrong. You forget how to decide between right and wrong. I felt that the kind of savage and evil Abrar is, I have to play it in the same way. He is obsessed with revenge. So when you become so obsessed, you don't look at what is good and what is bad, you just want to eliminate someone. This is a similar character. He has suffered in the film...it is a trauma that has turned him into an animal-like human being.

Directed by sandeep Reddy Vanga, 'Animal' also stars rashmika mandanna, Trupti Dimri, shakti Kapoor, suresh Oberoi, and prem Chopra. The film earned Rs 63.8 crore on its opening day and collected Rs 202.57 crore at the box office at the end of its first weekend. 'Animal' was released along with vicky kaushal starrer 'Sam Bahadur', which has collected Rs 25.55 crore so far.
