An arrest warrant was issued for Nusrat Faria in connection with a case of attempted murder during anti-government protests. These protests forced Sheikh Hasina to resign, and she then fled to India. Assistant police Commissioner of Badda Zone Shafikul islam confirmed the actress's arrest to Prothom Alo.
