Neena Gupta's focus was on unemployment: 'If we want to bring real and big change in our country, then first of all we have to focus on employment. Sunita Rajwar stressed that the country cannot improve without improving the condition of villages: 'There are no hospitals, no schools, no cleanliness in the villages. people come to the city and many times die on the way. The thinking that the cities which are considered dirty, seem 'better' to the villagers has to be changed.
