Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N.Chandrababu Naidu attended a meeting in Switzerland with respect to legendary actor and former Chief Minister N.T.Rama Rao's death anniversary.
While addressing the public organized by Telugu NRI community in Zurich, Chandrababu Naidu said, the role of NRI's is huge as they provide access to markets and open new doors for investment.
He also said Andhra Pradesh is the only state with more number of NRI's and he invited everyone to be part of State's development process. He asked the NRI community to be a part of the government’s flagship Smart Village – Smart Ward Programme.
After the session ended, A Telugu Biomedical professor gave suggestions to the Chief Minister to invite scientists from every field to come to Andhra Pradesh and start new research projects. He also asked Chandrababu Naidu to set up new research facilities for all the upcoming projects. Responding to his suggestion, Chandrababu Naidu promised to take initiatives and he also asked him to have network with the best in the world.
