The suicide of Rohith Vemula is still causing more ripples in political circles. On one hand, opposite parties are paying visit to the University of Hyderabad to console the students. They also visit Rohit's residence and console his mother. Even Rahul Gandhi and Arvind Kejiriwal paid visit to Hyderabad.
But K.Chandrasekar Rao who has time for shopping has no time for Rohith Vemula. In fact he has not even uttered a single word. And of course he is in Hyderabad. KCR's daughter Kavitha and his party members earlier created some scene at Bandar Dattatreya's residence.
But after some time, they too kept muted response. Sources said, that KCR has given instructions to stay quiet. He feels it would unnecessarily complicate the TRS prospects in the GHMC elections.
Another source said as Rohith belongs to Guntur, TRS feels there is no need to make a big issue. Congress and other party members are lashing out at KCR for not even speaking on an issue which is burning on the state.
