There will be challenges for many leaders of other parties who join congress at the last minute in an effort to earn the party ticket. Senior congress figures are awaiting the ideal opportunity to speak out against the newly elected candidates in the asifabad and khanapur assembly districts.

Marsakola Saraswati, a congress politician running for the asifabad seat, is upset because shyam Naik, rekha Naik's husband, joined the party at the last minute and submitted an application. In his campaign, shyam Naik makes the assertion that the party has agreed to grant him the ticket. rekha Naik, who has sought for the congress ticket from khanapur without even joining the party, is in a similar situation. She will remain a BRS MLA.

It is known that about 15 candidates, including Vedma Bojju, Charulatha Rathod, bharath Chowhan, Purka bapu Rao, Pendore Prabhakar, Vinod Naik, Anil Jadhav, Bakshi Naik, Kotnak Tirupati, Kotnak Ramesh, and Ramkishan Naik, have sought for the party ticket from Khanapur. They are all using their own outlets to advocate for the ticket.

Under the condition of anonymity, a senior congress leader suggested that the party's top leadership provide party tickets to those who had consistently supported the party for a long period, even under difficult circumstances. He insisted that even if outside candidates win the nomination by any means necessary, the congress cadre will not lend their support to them.
