There seems to be a situation of conflict between the central government and the State government in
Chhattisgarh. PM Modi gave a gift of Rs 27 thousand crores in Jagdalpur. No one from chhattisgarh government
went to this government program. PM Modi has expressed his displeasure on this from the stage itself. He has
said that no corrupt person can make eye contact with Modi. In response to this, chhattisgarh Chief Minister
Bhupesh Baghel has called it a protest. congress has called Bastar bandh today in protest against the
privatization of Nagarnar Steel Plant. Due to this, no one from the state government participated in the public
program.
They are worried about their government going - PM Modi
Actually, on Tuesday, PM Modi inaugurated the Nagarnar Steel Plant. But no one from Chhattisgarh
government was present in this program. On this, PM Modi said that today the biggest and most modern steel
factory of the country has been inaugurated here. It was such a big program but not a single minister, chief
minister or deputy chief minister of chhattisgarh came. There are two reasons behind their not coming. He is so
worried about his government leaving that he does not have time to come here. They are busy saving the
government and they know that no one can make eye contact with the corrupt Modi.
Planning to sell the plant before it starts – cm Baghel
While talking to the media in Raipur, cm Bhupesh Baghel said that we provided the land for the Nagarnar
plant. The plant was built for NNDC, before the plant was started it was put in the due list of investment. What is
this thing? The plant has not started and they are planning to sell it. We wanted only one assurance that this plant
will not be sold. Bastar was closed peacefully, we neither blocked the road nor stopped it. We have called for
Bastar bandh peacefully and we have been successful in this.
