Voting is to be held on 7 november for 12 assembly seats of Bastar division of Chhattisgarh. All the candidates
have filed nominations. In the information sought by the election Commission, rebel congress candidate TV
ravi, contesting from Bastar's most high profile seat Jagdalpur, has given details of assets worth more than Rs
25 crore. tv ravi is the richest candidate among all the candidates. This independent candidate has also left
congress state president deepak Baij behind in terms of property. deepak Baij has mentioned assets worth
about Rs 2 crore 3 lakh in the affidavit. Apart from this, congress candidate Jatin jaiswal from Jagdalpur
assembly has shown assets worth Rs 16 crore 15 lakh, bjp candidate kiran Dev has shown assets worth Rs 2.5
crore and Lakheshwar Baghel, congress candidate from Bastar assembly seat, has shown assets worth Rs 8
crore 15 lakh.
tv ravi is the richest candidate of all three assemblies.
The candidates of three assembly seats of Bastar district, which is said to be the most backward area in

shown assets worth Rs 16 crore 15 lakh, while the third richest candidate is Lakheshwar Baghel, Congress
candidate from Bastar assembly, who has given information about assets worth Rs 8 crore 15 lakh. Lakheshwar
Baghel has been contesting from this assembly seat for the last two consecutive times. Have been winning
elections. Apart from this, at fourth position is kiran Dev, the candidate from Jagdalpur assembly seat who has
shown assets worth Rs 2.5 crore.
