
Pakistan on wednesday (7 May) summoned the Charge d'Affaires of the indian Embassy after the indian Army's Operation Sindoor and lodged strong protest against these attacks. The Pakistani army said that at least 26 people were killed and 46 injured in these attacks carried out after midnight on Wednesday on cities in Pakistan's punjab and Pakistan-occupied kashmir (PoK).
Pakistan Foreign office issued a statement
Pakistan's Foreign office said in a statement, "The Charge d'Affaires of the indian Embassy was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs today to lodge Pakistan's strong protest against the unprovoked indian attacks at several places in pakistan and Pakistan-occupied kashmir (PoK)." The statement said that several civilians, including women and children, were killed as a result of the indian attacks and many were also seriously injured in it.
Pakistan spoke on summoning the indian Charge d'Affaires
On summoning the indian Charge d'Affaires, the Pakistani Foreign Ministry said, "It was pointed out that India's aggressive action is a clear violation of Pakistan's sovereignty. Such action is a violation of the UN Charter, international law and established norms governing inter-state relations."
Pakistan warned the indian side
Pakistan also strongly rejected the "baseless justification for India's hostile conduct". Apart from this, the Pakistani Foreign Ministry said that the indian side was warned in this regard that such reckless conduct poses a serious threat to regional peace and stability between india and Pakistan.
Indian armed forces attacked pakistan at midnight
The indian Armed Forces carried out missile attacks on nine terrorist bases in pakistan and Pakistan-occupied kashmir in the early hours of wednesday (May 7) under Operation Sindoor. The indian armed forces carried out this attack in response to the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir on 22 April, in which Pakistani terrorists shot dead a total of 26 people, including 25 indians and 1 Nepali citizen.
