Earlier, the Embassy of india in cambodia advised indian citizens to avoid traveling to border areas. Also, in case of any emergency, they have been asked to contact the embassy.

Meanwhile, Cambodia's Defense Ministry spokesman said on saturday that at least 13 people have died and 71 others have been injured in the border conflict so far. According to Thai media, these clashes started on saturday for the third consecutive day when Cambodian soldiers allegedly opened fire on Thai soldiers.
