Uttar Pradesh chief minister yogi Adityanath has started a four-day official visit to singapore and Japan.


The visit aims to attract foreign investment and accelerate industrial development in Uttar Pradesh.


He arrived in singapore with an 11-member delegation for the first leg of the tour.


The chief minister received a warm welcome from supporters upon arrival at his hotel.


The overseas tour is focused on expanding manufacturing capacity and creating employment opportunities in the state.



High-Level Political And Diplomatic Meetings


During his Singapore stay, cm Yogi is scheduled to meet Singapore’s prime minister and President.


He will engage with senior political leaders to strengthen bilateral ties.


The chief minister will also meet India’s Ambassador to singapore, Dr. shilpa Ambule.


Key discussions will revolve around investment partnerships and long-term economic cooperation.


Engagement With Top Investors And Companies


CM yogi will hold meetings with representatives of 25 leading companies.


Focus sectors include logistics and industrial parks development.

Agribusiness, aviation engineering, and clean energy are key areas of interest.

He is scheduled to meet Temasek Chairman Teo Chee Hean.


Meetings are planned with GIC CEO Lim Chow Kiat and DBS Bank’s CEO.


The chief minister will also visit a technical education institute to explore skill development collaborations.


Strengthening Manufacturing And Industrial Growth


Singapore is viewed as a strategic partner in boosting Uttar Pradesh’s manufacturing ecosystem.


Several Singapore-based companies already operate in the state.


Officials expect new investment commitments following these discussions.


The visit is aimed at positioning Uttar Pradesh as a preferred global investment destination.


Japan Visit Next


CM yogi will travel to japan from february 25 to 26.


He will meet representatives of eight major Japanese companies.


Key focus areas include automobiles and supply chains.


Semiconductors, electronics manufacturing, and green hydrogen are priority sectors.


Aviation electronics, real estate, and hospitality will also be discussed.



Second Foreign Tour As CM


This is yogi Adityanath’s second official foreign visit since assuming office.


His first overseas tour was to Myanmar in 2017.


The two-nation tour runs from february 23 to 26.


The visit underscores the state’s push for rapid industrial and economic growth.
