Santhanam, failed with his earlier release Sakka Podu Podu raja and this movie was the official remake of telugu hit Gopichand - rakul preet singh starrer loukyam, and santhanam couldn't quite connect with the audience. Vaibhavi Shandilya reprised the role of rakul preet singh in the remake.
Now, a leading clothing brand has replaced rakul Preet with vaibhavi Shandilya. As per sources, rakul has completed the due date for the brand endorsement and the company had no idea of extending her contract period.
They have shot a new advertisement with vaibhavi Shandilya and it will be aired on all channels from next week. On the work front, rakul Preet will be seen in 'Ayalaan'.
