Land survey work is going on in the whole of bihar since 20 august 2024, but many people have to visit the office for many problems including land papers or measurement. In all other land related matters also, people have to go to the zonal office again and again. Now the Revenue and Land Reforms Department has given a big relief to solve the problem of the common people. The department has started a helpline center in view of the problem of the people.

Sanjay Saraogi inaugurated the helpline center

Through this toll-free call center (18003456215), now the people of the state will get land related documents, departmental schemes, complaints and solutions related services on a single number. The helpline center was inaugurated by Revenue and Land Reforms minister Sanjay Saraogi at the CSC office in Danapur, patna on Sunday. While inaugurating the state's first helpline centre, minister Sanjay Sarawagi said that this centre will be open for the general public from june 3 and will provide services from 9:30 am to 6 pm from monday to Saturday.

The purpose of setting up this call centre is to provide revenue and land related information to rural and remote citizens and ensure timely resolution of their complaints. He said that now people will not have to visit offices. Deepak Kumar Singh, Additional Chief Secretary of the department, who was present on the occasion, said that subjects like revenue and land reforms are complex for the common people, but with the help of trained call agents, this helpline will make it easy for the common citizens. The need for this call centre was being felt for a long time, as long as the information about the schemes does not reach the last person, they will not become effective.

He said that the CSC network has a reach to every panchayat and this helpline will become a platform for civil rights and wallet PLATFORM' target='_blank' title='digital-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW'>digital awareness more than an information centre. Many important land related services will be available to the people at this helpline center. Information will be available on topics such as land related documents, mutation, jamabandi, mutation etc.
