If you live in the New delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) area and you want to know about any facilities under the jurisdiction of NDMC or you are facing any problem related to the facilities, then you do not need to run here and there. NDMC is going to organize a facility camp on Saturday, june 14 for the regional residents and users of services, in which information, information, facilities and resolution of complaints related to the interest of the people will be made available at one place.
This facility camp will be organized at the NDMC Convention Center located at jai Singh Road from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. In this complaint redressal facility camp, help desks of various departments will be available to redress the complaints of service users, employees, RWA, MTA and residents of NDMC and provide facilities.
Solution of many problems
According to NDMC, officers of various departments will also participate in this facility camp. In the facility camp, complaints related to new electricity connection-disconnection, load increase-decrease, name change-transfer, property tax, birth and death certificate, service matters of serving and retired employees of NDMC, water logging, sanitation, waste disposal, road repair, widow pension, old age pension, disabled pension, booking of baraat ghar and parks and many other services provided by NDMC will be redressed.

Let us tell you that, NDMC has also launched a Jan Suvidha portal as a contactless complaint redressal mechanism for the residents of the area. The portal can be used to register complaints, know the status of the complaint and give your feedback on the grievance redressal mechanism.
