Ingredients  1 bunch spring onions  4 tsp butter  One fourth tsp pepper powder  One fourth tsp cusim powder  1 tsp corn flour Half tsp salt  Method  1.Wash, trim the root portion and finely chop the spring onions  2.Melt butter in a 2-litre cooker and slightly fry the spring onions.  3.Now add 3 cups of water, salt, pepper and cumin powder and pressure cook for 10 minutes. 4.Allow it to cool and blend the contents in the mixer. Strain well.  5.Reheat with corn liquid and serve hot, garnished with grated cheese and fired paneer cubes or roasted cashew nuts
