In Andhra Pradesh, The Oberoi Group planned to invest Rs. 1,500 crore and construct five hotels. On monday at the camp headquarters in Tadepalli, Group President and Chief Operating Officer Rajaraman shankar met chief minister Y S jagan Mohan Reddy. The group president announced the company's choice to make an investment in the state's hospitality industry.

Shankar informed the chief minister that they planned to build five star hotels throughout the state in addition to a tourism hub in the paderu region. In Visakhapatnam, Tirupati, Gandikota, Picchukalanka, and Horsely Hills, five-star hotels will be built. The group president informed the chief minister that all five hotels would be seven-star establishments.

The Oberoi Group's investment in the state was hailed by the chief minister. He declared that the group would receive assistance from the state government in developing the hotels and the tourism centre. Additionally, the chief minister instructed Dr. Rajat Bhargava, special chief secretary for tourism, to provide a single window to assist the group.
