Nearly ten days have passed since Pawan Kalyan, a popular actor and the leader of the Jana Sena party, met with narendra modi at the INS Chola hotel in Visakhapatnam. Though the details of what happened in the meeting between pawan kalyan and Modi are unknown, it is generally believed in political circles that the prime minister counselled the actor not to make a hasty choice regarding a coalition with the telugu Desam Party. According to reports, Modi instructed Pawan to either stay in the BJP-led coalition or run on his own in the next elections in Andhra Pradesh.
In order for Pawan to be the front-runner for power in the elections of 2029, if not right away in the next elections, he promised that the saffron party and the Centre will support him in all of his endeavours. After his meeting with Modi, Pawan essentially stopped talking about forming partnerships, but he kept criticising the state's jagan Mohan reddy administration. But he is reportedly torn between following Modi's counsel and his own conscience. The delhi leaders are reportedly trying to put pressure on Pawan through his older brother, megastar chiranjeevi, after realising that he is still on the fence about keeping the alliance with the BJP.
This year at the 52nd international Film festival of India, chiranjeevi was reportedly chosen by the Modi administration as the "Indian Film Personality of the Year-2022." The megastar is on cloud nine after Anurag Thakur, the Union minister of Information and Broadcasting, made the news and sent a personal message of congratulations. It goes without saying that Pawan had to congratulate his older brother and claim chiranjeevi as his inspiration. The fact that chiranjeevi commented on politics on sunday is also no accident. He claimed that while someone as sensitive as he would not be suited for politics, his brother pawan kalyan possessed the ability to both attack and be attacked by opponents.
He hoped pawan kalyan would "one day" succeed in his ambition to become well-known in politics. An observer remarked that it "seems to be a form of pressure tactics to pacify the big brothers to go with the BJP."
