Revanth Reddy, Telangana's new chief minister, is taking public outreach programs extremely seriously. The first was the start of the Praja darbar program, in which he asked commoners to come to Praja Bhavan with their grievances, which would be addressed by the government on a priority basis. Now, revanth has inaugurated the much-touted Mahalakshmi program, under which ladies in telangana can ride for free on Palle Velugu buses. Both concepts are aimed at the masses and are hitting a chord.

Revanth has laid out a clear plan to appeal to the public, and he is ahead of ex-CM kcr in this regard. One of the primary criticisms leveled at kcr was the lack of public involvement since the pragathi Bhavan was a strongly guarded entity when he was in office, with minimal communication between the public and the CM.

However, revanth has altered it with the Praja darbar in Praja Bhavan. The Mahalakshmi will also cater to rural women and is guaranteed to improve Congress' image. revanth has begun on the right foot, and much will rely on how he conducts such large-scale outreach programs.
