The actress from kushi stated, "My morning ritual is... I start a diary as soon as I wake up, which is at 5:30. I keep a gratitude notebook. I prepared myself for success today. samantha said, "And then, just five minutes of solar exposure. I practice my breathing. I really, truly enjoy using the Wim Hof approach, so that's what I do. I meditated for around twenty-five minutes. Isha Kriya has been transformative for me since I've been doing it for a time.
 

She said that within the past several months, she has also been using the tapping technique. The actress clarified that tapping is a technique that aids in pain relief and energy balance. sam went on to say that while these are the five things she does every morning, anyone may begin by doing just one or two of them and see significant improvements. To commemorate World health Day 2024, which is observed on Sunday, april 7, samantha shared the video on her instagram account for those who are not familiar with it.
