On Tuesday, the Seventh Additional district and Sessions court in vijayawada granted bail to Vemula Satish, the principal accused in the case of stone-throwing at ysr congress party president and andhra pradesh Chief minister Y S jagan Mohan Reddy. Satish was granted bail by court Judge D lakshmi upon the execution of a bond for Rs 50,000 with two sureties for the same amount each, to the satisfaction of the vijayawada Metropolitan Magistrate.
 

Satish struck jagan with a small stone when the former was holding a rally for the "Memantha Siddham" campaign at Vivekananda school Centre in Singh Nagar, vijayawada, on april 13.
 
Satish, who is from the vaddera community, was caught a week after the event and has been in jail for more than six weeks.
 
Satish submitted a bail plea, and the 8th Additional district court in vijayawada investigated it earlier today. Advocate Salim, who represented Satish, maintained that he was innocent and had been wrongly implicated by the police.
 
Following the arguments, the magistrate reserved the verdict on monday and delivered it on Tuesday. This verdict has caused ripples and once again social media is making a heated discussion regarding the same.
