When music icon AR rahman and his wife saira Banu announced their divorce, many questioned who would get custody of their three kids. saira Banu's attorney, Vandana Shah, recently spoke about the issue in an interview with Vicky Lalwani on his YouTube channel.

Vandana said that a decision has not yet been made about the custody of the children. Some of the children, she said, are adults who can choose where they want to live. Vandana refrained from commenting on the subject of alimony, but she spoke up for saira, claiming that she is not motivated by money.

Vandana expressed her excitement for romance and love, but she did not rule out the prospect of reconciliation. She emphasized that while the couple's joint statement acknowledges the anguish of separation, it does not exclude a reconciliation.

"I haven't stated that there is no chance for reconciliation. I'm always talking about romance and love because I'm an everlasting optimist. The unified statement makes a lot of sense. It discusses suffering and being apart. I have given this choice a lot of consideration, and it's been a long marriage, but I have never stated that a reunion is impossible," Vandana Shah added.
