Chaudhary Kashish, At the age of 25, she became the first Hindu woman from balochistan to earn the post of Assistant Commissioner by trading textbooks. Kashish, who is from Noshki town in the Chagai district, used determination, self-control, and laser-like focus to pass the balochistan Public service Commission (BPSC) exam. Her appointment is a significant milestone for Pakistan's minority women entering the mainstream of government, not merely a personal triumph.

Three Years, Eight Hours A Day, And zero Excuses: Kashish
Kashish shared the methodical practice that drove her achievement in an interview with the news outlet News.  "It took three years of consistent studies, at least eight hours a day… that led me to achieve this success," she said.  "Discipline, hard work, and the desire to contribute to society have driven me throughout this journey."  Her unwavering commitment transformed arduous study sessions into a transformative outcome.  As if perseverance were money, Kashish just earned a high-level promotion, acquiring not only a title but also a reputation as a pathfinder for minorities and women in Pakistan's civil service.

Dad's Pride, Daughter's Dream: Assistant Commissioner, Kashish
Girdhari Lal, her modest mid-level trader father, was quite proud of his daughter's accomplishment.  "It is a matter of great pride for me that my daughter has become an assistant commissioner due to her hard work and commitment," he stated to reporters.  He remembered Kashish's constant desire to bring about change, particularly for women.  She not only broke past the glass ceiling but also pushed her way through it, going from a small Balochistani hamlet to a prestigious administrative position.  Girdhari Lal views his daughter's success as a powerful message of possibility for any girl with a desire, not just a personal victory.

The cm And The Commissioner
In Quetta, Kashish Chaudhary and her father visited with Sarfaraz Bugti, the chief minister of balochistan, who promised to prioritize the province's general development, minority community uplift, and women's empowerment.  Her dedication to inclusive administration and progressive change in balochistan was highlighted during the symbolic gathering.
 
"Kashish is a symbol of pride for the nation and balochistan," cm Bugti declared without holding back his compliments. "It is a matter of pride when minority community members reach key positions through hard work and effort."
