One of the most mysterious and perhaps the most eye-catching directors of this generation is sandeep Reddy Vanga, as is already well known.  The problem with him, though, is that he comes out as a naturally impulsive guy.  The fact that he sacked bollywood starlet deepika padukone due to logistical issues helped to clarify this.  He then sent out another angry tweet in which he subtly criticized her for fabricating media stories against Spirit.

Given that he blamed Deepika (who was not identified in the post) for the smear campaign against Spirit and disparaging Tripti, sandeep obviously on the offense in this case.  Sandeep reddy and deepika padukone are currently engaged in an indirect conflict as a result of this.  Despite his apparent lack of caution, sandeep is undoubtedly challenging the bollywood media establishment with this action. 

The possibilities are endless if sandeep wins this and creates a huge hit with Spirit.  However, sandeep is already in the bad graces of a number of bollywood celebs and media figures who have called him a poisonous filmmaker.  All of them are frantically waiting for him to make a mistake so they can attack. 

If other filmmakers can get away with making a mediocre film, sandeep will need to produce something exceptional to get past this intensive scrutiny and targeted hatred.  Sandeep Reddy's immediate goal will be to defend the choice to replace deepika padukone with Tripti Dimri.  This is becoming an ego struggle, and if sandeep wants to win, he will need to provide an experience that is above and above the norm.
