He said that the investigation into the big scam that took place under the guise of classroom construction in government schools during his government is now reaching its decisive phase. He claimed that the action of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has intensified in this case and in connection with the investigation, raids were conducted today at 37 locations of various contractors and related officials etc.
Virendra Sachdeva said that this scam is not based on any suspicion, but is an established scam based on solid facts. bjp leaders have already complained about this matter to the ACB. He alleged that under pressure from the delhi government, the officials of the education and Public Works Department were not providing the necessary documents and information to the investigating agencies for a long time, due to which the pace of investigation was slow.
Sisodia and Jain were called the main accused in the case
He specifically called former ministers of the kejriwal government manish Sisodia and Satyendra Jain the main accused in the case. According to Sachdeva, both of them not only refused to cooperate in the investigation while in power, but even now they have been constantly avoiding appearing before the investigating agencies.
