Actress Sreeleela appears to be dealing with this more frequently than most in a field where casting changes are no longer uncommon. Sreeleela, who became famous very quickly, has had opportunities come her way and occasionally lost in surprising ways.

The most recent is Lenin, an upcoming rural drama starring Akkineni akhil that is set against the backdrop of Rayalaseema.  After over two years of pre-production and a lot of waiting for akhil to return, the team started filming with Sreeleela in the starring role.

However, Sreeleela left the project after only eight days of filming.  Bhagyashree Borse, a rising star in telugu cinema, is taking her place. industry buzz cites schedule conflicts as the cause, despite the fact that the creators have not released an official announcement. Sreeleela is juggling major bollywood projects with Pawan Kalyan's Ustaad Bhagat Singh.

Interestingly, this has happened in other projects besides Lenin.  Additionally, Sreeleela was initially selected for gowtam tinnanuri and Vijay Deverakonda's much anticipated Kingdom.  She even went to the movie's premiere, but bhagyashree Borse took her place once more.  It was definitely a lost chance for the young actress, especially considering the excitement surrounding Kingdom.

Sithara Entertainments, the organization that supports both Lenin and Kingdom, is a recurring theme in these cases.  Not only that, but Meenakshi Chaudhary took Sreeleela's position in Anaganaga Oka Raju, which starred naveen Polishetty.

Ironically, Sreeleela only benefited from this replacement trend when it came to guntur Kaaram.  After pooja Hegde's departure, she was promoted from the second lead to the main heroine, which was a significant victory for her.

Casting changes are ultimately a part of the film industry, but for rising star Sreeleela, they serve as a reminder that availability and time frequently have just as big of an impact on careers as talent.
