Chennai:
Chief minister M.K. Stalin is set to inaugurate the Tata Motors car manufacturing plant at Panapakkam today. Built at an estimated cost of 9,000 crore, the state-of-the-art facility marks a major milestone in tamil Nadu’s industrial and automobile manufacturing growth.

The new Tata Motors plant is expected to significantly boost the state’s automobile sector, which already plays a vital role in tamil Nadu’s economy. The facility has been equipped with advanced manufacturing technology and is designed to meet global standards in car production, safety, and sustainability.

According to officials, the plant will generate thousands of direct and indirect employment opportunities, benefiting local youth and strengthening allied industries such as auto components, logistics, and services.
