Nombu Adai Sweet Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup chana dal (split bengal gram)
  • ½ cup toor dal (pigeon peas)
  • ¼ cup jaggery (or sugar)
  • ½ cup grated coconut (fresh or desiccated)
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp ghee (for greasing and frying)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: chopped cashews or raisins for garnish

Instructions:
