It is said that for the 2220 passengers of titanic, there were 113 cooks, 15 supervisor cooks, 12 pastry chefs, 6 bakers, 5 butchers, and 5 sous chefs.

Now the question is, what did the passengers eat before the night of the sinking of the ship. The answer to this question is found in the menu card, which was found in the investigation done after this accident. The first course of the menu included cutlery and oysters. The second course included barley (oat) cream soup. Salmon with sauce and cucumber salad in the third course. At the same time, protein dishes were offered to the passengers in the fourth and fifth courses. The sixth course included dishes like Lamb with Mint Sauce and Roast Duckling with apple Sauce.

Even today, remembering this accident, many restaurants prepare that last supper every year.
