Valentine is mentioned in the book 'Aurea of Jacobus de Varagin'. It has been said in the book that the name of a saint of Rome was valentine, in his name, the whole world celebrates this day.

It is said that Saint valentine wanted to see love growing all over the world. At the same time, Emperor Claudius, the king of Rome, did not like this thing at all. He believed that if love increased among people, then he would bow down to his wife and family and will not join the army.

Due to this fear, the king of Rome had banned marriage. However, Saint valentine opposed this order of Claudius and got the officers and soldiers married. Angered by this, the king hanged him on february 14th. It is said that since then, february 14 is celebrated as the 'Day of Love' to remember Saint Valentine.
