The actress is focusing on two of her hindi projects right now. We already reported that rashmika is making her bollywood debut with 'Mission Majnu' featuring siddharth Malhotra in the lead role. During an interview with a leading english daily, the movie director Shantanu Baagchii revealed that he chose rashmika mandanna after he watched her movie 'Dear Comrade' and he was impressed by her performance and he decided to cast her in 'Mission Majnu'. 


He said that rashmika possesses the innocence and the beauty required to portray her role in Mission Majnu. He went on to say that he was very surprised to see rashmika picking up the nuances of her character when he first narrated the script over a zoom call. The producer of the movie amar Butala also said rashmika brought lots of confidence to the movie.
