Jurassic World promotional materials The film is billed as "the dramatic end of the Jurassic era" by Dominion, but will it truly be the final Jurassic Park film? Jurassic Globe Dominion is the sixth film in the Jurassic World franchise and the third in the Jurassic World reboot. It will pick up where Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom left off, with dinosaurs unleashed on the world. The narrative of Dominion will feature humans striving to coexist with dinosaurs, with trailers promising to investigate whether or not peaceful coexistence between the two species is ever conceivable.

Dominion's dinosaurs are obviously awful for the environment, but with the film being labelled as a "conclusion," they could also mean the end of the Jurassic Park franchise. The Jurassic Park franchise began in 1993 with Steven Spielberg's Jurassic Park and has now spanned almost three decades. It appeared like Jurassic Park's legacy would survive for centuries after 2015's Jurassic World resurrected the brand with a fresh cast.

Now that Jurassic World Dominion is being advertised as the franchise's conclusion, many people are questioning if it will indeed be the end. There may be more stories to tell now that dinosaurs are free to roam the globe, and there's no questioning Jurassic World's box office success, so the prospect of additional sequels shouldn't be discounted so easily. After all, despite its flaws, the Jurassic Park franchise is maybe too famous to ever fully disappear.
