Sebastian PC524's dilemma is that the fascinating central enigma is brief and insignificant. However, we can only know this in retrospect after everything has happened. As previously stated, there are a few noteworthy moments, the majority of them occur during first quarter. However, we have filler material to create comedy and develop some drama. In comparison to the interesting bits, the hero's personal tracks never succeeds and drags. The scenes around the intermission are the most interesting.

The one featuring the hero's demand, in particular, raises optimism for the second period. The second period, regrettably, is a massive disappointment. Unnecessary drama wastes a lot of time. It relates to another point made earlier, namely that the central mystery surrounding the crime is quite modest. It's made worse by the fact that the characters' identities have already been exposed. With two years passed on the very same issue, the pain grows even worse.

Sebastian PC524 has an intriguing hook in general. However, the screenplay overburdens it with unnecessary drama and throwaway moments, to the point where you desperately want a control in your palm to fast forward through it. The screenplay smothers any lingering interest in the subject. Finally, it's a misfire that went horribly wrong.
