According to reports, Jurassic World Dominion will be the longest instalment in both the Jurassic World and Park franchises. Following the events of Jurassic Globe: Fallen Kingdom, the earth grapples with dinosaurs that have been released into the world, forcing humanity to learn how to survive and hunt alongside the dangerous monsters in the impending threequel. Before a new age of dinosaurs takes over, new and familiar faces will have to work together to discover a solution to restore balance to the world.

Original Park stars and sequel trilogy veterans Chriss Pratt, Brycee dallas Howard, Lauraa Dern, Saam Neill, Jeff Golddblum, Daniellaa Pinedaa, Isabellaa Sermonn, Justice Smitth, Omar Say, and BD Wongg will all return in Jurassic World Dominion. Mamoudou Athiee, Scott Hazee, Dichen Lachmaen, DeWandaa Wise, and Campbell Scott, who replaces cameron Thor as Biosyn Genetics CEO Dr. Lewis Dodgson in the original Jurassic Park, will all make their franchise debuts. Following repeated COVID-related delays, Colin Trevorrow is back at the helm for Jurassic World Dominion, which is set to enter theatres this summer, and moviegoers may be in for a long trip.

The runtime of Jurassic World Dominion has reportedly been revealed by Collider with just over two months until the film's release. According to reports, the Jurassic Park threequel would run 2 hours and 26 minutes, making it the longest film in both the Jurassic Park and Jurassic World franchises. Jurassic Park III is the shortest instalment in both series, clocking in at slightly over 92 minutes.
