Sreeleela is one of the busiest heroines in town, juggling three film sets in a single day to achieve the responsibilities at hand. And we're hearing that the 'Aadikeshava' producers are working hard to bring Sreeleela to every conceivable promotional event, but it's not working out. Here's what's going on with the busy actress right now.

Sreeleela was scheduled to give interviews with a few media outlets alongside vaishnav tej recently, but that was canceled at the last minute owing to her unavailability, which raised a few questions. Previously, during Bhagawant Kesari's promotions, Sreeleela made it a point to attend every single interview, press conference, and promotional event for Aadikeshava. She also joined the film's director, Anil Ravipudi, on a three-day post-release tour. But everything happens for a purpose.

She was slated to shoot for Mahesh Babu's guntur Kaaram at the time, but since several sessions for the trivikram flick were canceled, Sreeleela used those dates to promote Bhagwant Kesari. However, she is rumored to be taking part in the guntur Kaaram shot during the day and Nithin's Extra movie patch-work and songs during the evening, therefore she is unable to announce specific dates for 'Aadikeshava' marketing.
