But Jennifer Mistry is not happy with this decision. The actress said that 'this decision is in my favor, I have given strong evidence for the allegations made. I had filed a complaint against all three of them, but no action was taken against them by mumbai Police till 1st July. Then I appealed to the maharashtra government and now I have got a person. Asit Kumar Modi has been ordered to pay me my dues and extra compensation for deliberately withholding my payment, which totals to around Rs 25-30 lakh. The actress further said that 'the decision on this case had come on february 15 itself, but I was forbidden to bring it before the media. Now it has been more than 40 days and I have not received my due amount yet. Even after being proven guilty, no punishment has been given to the accused.
