One of the most well-known music composers in indian film, Ilaiyaraaja has worked on over 1000 productions. He has a sizable following all across the world. In the music business, he is unique, and a biopic is currently in the works. dhanush, a devotee of Ilaiyaraaja, features in the movie as the main character. Today in Chennai, the movie had its premiere.
 
Ulaganayagan kamal haasan was the main guest at the launch party. Renowned composer Ilaiyaraaja composed music for films in Tamil, Telugu, and other indian languages. This is the first time that a Telugu-language biographical film on the life of a music director is being produced.

A biopic is being made on the lives of prominent music directors such as RD Burman, SD Burman, Lakshmikanth Pyarelal, and others, but Ilaiyaraaja will not get one. Film director Arun Mateshwaran is behind the camera. The filmmaker earlier worked with dhanush in the starring role in Captain Miller. A unique feature of the movie, the soundtrack for the project will be composed by Ilaiyaraaja himself.
 
The film, which still has no title, will chronicle Ilaiyaraaja's life story and his battle to rise from poverty to legendary fame. We need to wait and see if the movie becomes a success, but it is already generating a lot of curiosity.
