Aamir Khan's 'Sitare Zameen Par' has become a hit, but it seems that the movie F1, coming from 12000 km away, i.e., from hollywood, is preventing it from becoming a superhit.

Sitaare Zameen Par box office Collection vs F1

Aamir Khan's Sitaare Zameen Par found a very interesting way to give a social message, and people liked it too. Directed by RS Prasanna, this film has a message in every line without any boring gyaan, but with a layer of comedy.

Due to this, people have liked this film so much that it crossed the 100 crore mark and is now moving towards 150 crore. Today is the second week of the film's release, and the film's earnings are continuing.

However, despite being such a great film, Hollywood film F1 has overtaken the film in terms of earnings today. So let's first know the total earnings of 'Sitare Zameen Par' till now, and then we will know how Brad Pitt defeated Aamir Khan.

Box office Collection of 'Sitare Zameen Par'

According to official figures, the film collected Rs 129.78 crore in 12 days. According to SacNilc, on the thirteenth day, the earnings were Rs 2.75 crore. That means the film did a total business of Rs 132.53 crore in 13 days. Today, on the 14th day, till 5:10 pm, the film has earned Rs 1.16 crore and has collected a total of Rs 133.69 crore. This figure available on SacNilc is not final. It may change.

Hollywood film F1 is beating Sitare Zameen Par

Today is the 7th day since the release of Brad Pitt's film F1, and the film has so far collected Rs 33.42  crore in India. Aamir's film was released 14 days ago, and Brad Pitt's film was released 7 days ago, so there is currently no strong data to compare the earnings between the two.

But still in India, F1 has overshadowed Aamir Khan's film in the last two days. This comparison becomes important in this sense also because most of the shows of F1 are in English, while aamir khan is playing in his home grounddespite that, he seems to be lagging behind a foreign film.

If we look at yesterday's earnings, Sitare Zameen Par earned Rs 2.75 crores, but F1 earned Rs 3.48 crores. Even today, in the initial figures, the hollywood film is ahead of Aamir's film by about Rs 40-50 lakhs.
