The Principal special judge N Balayogi of CBI Court reportedly reserved his orders to May 16 on a plea which was filed by V Vijay Sai Reddy, the auditor of YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy, seeking the court’s permission to leave for Tanzania and Senegal for exploring business in the field of mining. Sources say that CBI counsel K Surender had opposed this saying that the auditor was named as the accused in all the 10 chargesheets filed in the Jagan’s disproportionate assets case and had to be present before court for all proceedings. Moreover, the auditor is also facing proceedings before ED, Income Tax and ICAI as well and the CBI feels that there is every likelihood of him not returning and hence CBI counsel reportedly urged the court not to grant permission for the auditor to leave the country. The counsel also asked court not to return the passport which was made to be deposited with the court. It has to be seen how this dynamics will get altered based on TDP’s or YSRCP’s victory in Seemandhra!
