The supreme court has issued this notice on the disqualification of rebel leaders including cm Eknath Shinde. The next order will be held in coming two weeks. The next hearing of this case will be after 2 weeks. sunil Prabhu, the leader of the uddhav thackeray group, said that the case of disqualification of the MLAs supporting chief minister Eknath Shinde has been pending with the Speaker for a long time. The supreme court has issued this notice on the disqualification of rebel leaders including cm Eknath Shinde. He said that we request the supreme court to ask the Speaker to take a decision soon. The decision is said to be taken soon by them. It is to be noted that a three-judge bench of Justice PS narasimha and Justice Manoj Mishra, headed by CJI DY Chandrachud, is hearing the case.
