After the ruckus in RJD over Thakur’s well, many big leaders have come in support of Manoj Jha. These include
JDU President Lalan Singh, AAP mp Manoj Jha and chanting chief Pappu Yadav. Many leaders within the party
have also supported Manoj Jha. Let us know, who has said what?
1. Lalan Singh, JDU President- BJP’s job is to create tension in the society and get votes by inciting emotions.
Bharatiya Janata party is a party of whispers, its only work is to spread confusion and whisper. Whatever Manoj
Jha said in rajya sabha, he did not say it targeting any particular caste. The proof of this is the proceedings of
Rajya Sabha.
2. Sanjay Singh, AAP mp – There should be no controversy regarding the poetry of my colleague in Rajya
Sabha, Manoj Jha. He has also called himself Thakur in the poem. Manoj Jha is a noble person and can never
speak maliciously against any society. It is not right to create unnecessary controversy over the poem read by
him.
3. Pappu Yadav, chanting chief – rajya sabha mp Manoj Jha has not said anything wrong. Where is the abuse
for Thakur in the poem? Jha quoted Omprakash Valmiki's poem Thakur Ka Kuan in his speech. This is a work
written against the feudal system of monopoly on resources. There is no attack on any caste in this.
4. Jitan ram Manjhi, former CM- Manoj Jha has not said anything wrong in Parliament. Those who are trying to
compare this are trying to create caste polarization. Manoj Jha has said about Mann Ke Thakur. This is a
mentality against which we stand.
