Swachhta Hi Seva Pakhwada was started across the country on the call of prime minister Narendra Modi. Under
this Swachhata Seva Pakhwada, an hour-long cleanliness campaign was conducted at public places like railway
stations, bus stops, sea shores and river banks. On Sunday, Union Jal shakti minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat
also reiterated the pledge of cleanliness and service by participating in the cleanliness program under the
Swachhta Hi Seva Fortnight at Rai Ka Bagh railway station in Jodhpur.
Participated in cleanliness campaign
Union minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, along with his bjp workers and members of the Railway family,
participated in the Swachhta Hi Seva Fortnight at Rai Ka Bagh Railway Station. During this, Gajendra Singh
Shekhawat said that after the call of the prime minister of the country, crores of people have reached lakhs of
places and participated in Swachhta Hi Seva Pakhwada. The country's prime minister Narendra Modi has called
for an awareness campaign regarding cleanliness.
Donated one hour of labor
Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, along with members of jodhpur Railway family, bjp workers, reached Jodhpur
railway station and participated in Swachhta Hi Seva Fortnight. He has donated one hour of labour. During this,
Shekhawat also called for motivating the common people to maintain cleanliness. He also talked about taking a
pledge to accept and put into practice the message of the father of the Nation, mahatma gandhi, that cleanliness
should be paramount. During this time, workers of bjp district jodhpur including Railway's DRM Pankaj Kumar
Singh were also present.
