The winter session of bihar Legislature (Bihar Vidhan Sabha Winter Session 2023) will run from november 6 to
10. Before this, former deputy chief minister of bihar and rajya sabha MP sushil kumar modi has made a big
demand from Nitish Government. sushil modi said that in the winter session of the Legislature, the government
should present the panchayat-wise report of the caste survey and the draft of the development model to be
prepared on the basis of this survey in the House.
The bjp leader also said that last year the bihar government had constituted a Dedicated Extremely Backward
Commission to provide reservation in municipal elections. His report has not been released. That report should
also be presented in the Legislature. RJD-JDU, which is trying to steal the credit for caste census, is feeling hot
from the positive statement of Union home minister amit Shah. They were expecting adverse comments from

BJP was in the government at the time of decision on caste survey

had 14 ministers. RJD was not in the government at that time. sushil modi said that Lalu prasad and Nitish
Kumar are today with that Congress, which despite being in power at the Center and the states for many decades,
neither conducted caste census nor gave reservation to the backward classes.
