Omar Ansari, son of bahubali Mukhtar Ansari, has expressed suspicion of his father’s murder. He has filed a
petition in the supreme court demanding not to be kept in UP jail. It has been said in the petition that the police
can get murder done through hired killers in Banda jail. Mukhtar should be sent out of the state.
In the writ petition filed under Article 32 of the Constitution, a demand has been made to transfer former MLA
Ansari to any jail in a non-BJP ruled state outside Uttar Pradesh. Omar Ansari’s petition has alleged that the state
government is harassing his family members. The petition also claims that he has received credible information
that his father’s life is in danger and a conspiracy is going on to murder him in Banda jail.
Hired killers can kill
Umar Ansari said in his petition, The police will arrest the hired killers for some minor crime and take them to
Banda jail, where their father is lodged. After this, weapons will be delivered to these killers inside the jail. And
by making a mistake in the security system, an opportunity will be given to attack his father Mukhtar Ansari,
which will make it look like an incident of gang-war.
Murder may happen before lok sabha elections
Omar Ansari also claims that his murder plan for political gains is likely to be executed before the 2024 general
elections and possibly in the month of december 2023. It has also been said in the petition that earlier Mukhtar
Ansari's wife had approached the allahabad High court and the court had ordered to increase Ansari's security.
However, this protection will not be enough.
