The two who won from this party are chasing MLAs..?

Only two MLAs won on behalf of the BRS party from the joint mahbubnagar district. Now they are also being chased by tenure. As the opponents went to the court saying that the information was not mentioned correctly in the election affidavit, new headaches started for the two. One mla also faced a setback in the court.

Out of 14 seats in the joint palamuru district, the BRS party won only two seats. Those two are the Alampur and Gadwal assembly constituencies in Nadigadda. Vijayudu from Alampur and Bandla krishna Mohan reddy from Gadwal were elected MLAs. But it is not even four months since the election ended. That's when they started having trouble. Opposing congress candidate Sarita has filed a petition in the high court that Gadwala mla Bandla Krishnamohan Reddy's election affidavit has not properly mentioned assets and debts. It is alleged that in the case of filing nomination as a BRS candidate from Gadwala in the 2023 assembly elections, the blank was put in the affidavit, and details of many penalties, assets, and debts were not shown. congress leader Sarita approached the court to cancel his election.

Also, before the assembly elections, present Alampur mla Vijayudu performed his duties as field assistant of Undavelli mandal Pulluru village in jogulamba gadwal district. However, there were allegations that he did not resign from the job before the nomination in the election. BSP candidate prasanna Kumar has filed a case in the high court for not paying attention to the complaints made to the election officials. He approached the court with allegations that he must have resigned as a field assistant to contest as an MLA.
