Delhi government minister and aam aadmi party MLA Saurabh Bhardwaj on wednesday attacked bjp and the central government. After AAP mp sanjay singh got bail from the supreme court on tuesday in the delhi Excise Policy case, he said, "The Central Investigation Agency has no evidence. ED is talking nonsense." Further, he claimed that the Enforcement Directorate is a part of the Bharatiya Janata Party. There is a name drama going on in the investigation. PM remained in power for 10 years. On the other hand, after the supreme court granted bail to aam aadmi party Rajya Sabha mp sanjay singh in the delhi Excise Policy case, his wife Anita Singh gave a big statement on april 3. Anita Singh also said that we are not celebrating sanjay singh getting bail. We thank the court that it understood the truth and ordered the release of the AAP mp on bail.
AAP mp Sanyaj Singh was arrested by ED on october 4, 2023, in the delhi Excise Policy case. ED had accused sanjay singh of playing an important role in the formulation of the new excise policy. He was in tihar jail for six months, but the ED could not present evidence during the hearing of the bail plea in the supreme court on april 2, 2024. However, ED said that an investigation is still going on in this matter. After this, the top court has ordered to release him on bail with conditions.
