Thalapathy Vijay, the superstar of tamil cinema, has declared his intention to enter politics by forming Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam. Vijay, nevertheless, declared he would not be participating in the general elections of 2024 and that he would instead run in the tamil Nadu assembly elections of 2026. It was also mentioned that Vijay will give up acting after becoming involved in politics.

Vijay is now working on GOAT, which is being directed by venkat Prabhu. After that, he is slated to work on a film tentatively titled Thalapathy 69. It was widely rumored a few weeks ago that Vetrimaaran would be directing and dvv entertainment would produce Vijay's last movie.

Because Vetrimaaran is one of the best indian filmmakers and skillfully combines social themes in a commercial style, fans were quite enthusiastic. Everyone believed that this pairing would be amazing. Vetrimaaran did, however, clarify that his film starring Vijay is not going to materialise.

When will Vetrimaaran's collaboration with Vijay begin? was a question posed during a recent awards ceremony. In response, he stated that the individuals who spread the rumours should be questioned. "I have a screenplay for him, but right now I don't think it will happen," he said. All of Thalapathy's admirers were disappointed by this comment.
