It is worth noting that in the early hours of wednesday (May 7), the indian Army avenged the pahalgam terrorist attack by airstrikes on terrorist bases in pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. In this air strike, nine terrorist bases were completely destroyed. When this operation was going on, PM Modi himself was keeping an eye on every detail of it. If sources are to be believed, many terrorists are reported to have been killed in this air strike.
The government gave information in a press conference
After the success of the operation, a press conference was also held by the government in the morning. In this press conference, along with Foreign Secretary vikram Misri, Colonel Sophia Qureshi and Wing commander Vyomika Singh gave information about the operation. Colonel Sophia Qureshi said, "Operation Sindoor was launched by the indian Armed Forces between 1:05 am and 1:30 am."
Further, he said that Operation Sindoor was launched to give justice to the victims of the terrorist attack in pahalgam on april 22. In this operation, 9 terrorist camps were targeted and completely destroyed. He said that these targets were selected on the basis of reliable information.
