An alert has been issued in bihar amid Indo-Pak tension. On thursday (May 08, 2025), chief minister Nitish Kumar held a high-level meeting with officials. Meanwhile, Buxar SP Shubham arya was seen in action late at night. Buxar police was also seen active. An intensive investigation campaign was conducted on thursday night under the leadership of the Superintendent of Police. vehicles were checked on the roads. Investigation campaign was conducted at main places including hotels, railway stations, power plants.

Buxar SP Shubham arya said that in view of the special situation, we have launched a special campaign on many points. Apart from vehicle checking, a massive checking campaign has been conducted at all such places where criminal elements or anti-social elements like people associated with extremist organizations can be active, keeping all these things in mind. This campaign will continue.

SP said that apart from continuous vehicle checking, anti-social elements can take shelter in hotels-lodges-railway stations, bus stands. We will also take them under the ambit of investigation. In the coming days, security will be ensured at all the hotspots in Buxar, such as SJVN power plant, coca cola company to be built in Navanagar area and other institutions. Whatever appropriate standards are there for security will be followed.

When Shubham arya was asked whether citizens of pakistan and bangladesh are in Buxar district? Regarding this, he said that till now wherever we have investigated, no such person has been found. We had also investigated regarding visa, no such person was found, but we are alert. If anyone is found who is from some other country and is living here illegally, then action will be taken as per rules.

The SP of Buxar clearly said that this is not a routine checking, this campaign is very important for the security of the country and the state. No threat will be ignored. This campaign will continue in future as well. We expect cooperation from the public because security is everyone's responsibility.
